Will I receive a design proof?
All custom orders will receive a design proof via email before starting production. A design proof will be sent 2 weeks prior to due date. Your purchase on custom orders includes up to 3 proofs. Additional revisions will incur additional fees. Please be as detailed as possible when submitting a custom order and when providing feedback on proofs to avoid additional charges. Proofs will not be sent prior to payment.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All Items are non-refundable. Returns are only possible if the pieces are defective or damaged. If an item arrives to you damaged or defective please contact us at Jessica@sipsandsoirees.com within 5 business days with a photo to show the issue.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals have a one week time frame. Rentals must be picked up and dropped off at Whittier, 90601 at the agreed upon date and time per rental contract.
